Mechanistic and Organic Systems in Life Situations

Your future

You see something new, but cannot understand the usage or meaning of its existence. This is a new thing, a new trend, or maybe perceived by many as a futuristic norm, in culture or in life.

However, you may like to keep things on a systematic way and not go through all the hassle to make the change which seems to adapt and not get left behind behind, in “the new era”.

Perception

When others say things regarding your goals, your plans or strategies; they are not simply destroying you; in fact, you can see it to be a form of feedback. And you can make it a detailed feedback upon analysis on the views you have received.

They say you change when a flaw is made obvious; and your life seems a mess, but close analysis on oneself will identify the problems, in the methodologies you are using rather than simply “igniting the bomb” which is followed by an aggressive or defensive stance.

The fact is leaders analyze the situation rather than jump to the end of the ‘sentence’.

Are they all like that?

Regarding that, you choose, some may enhance the mechanistic style of an organization, which emphasizes on hierarchy.

Conversely; the organic system of an organization is a group of individuals which leaves the ‘President of the company’s door open for all to enter for discussion.’

This is simply a view of mine, I meant no offense, but I do hope discussion is chosen over argument in any state of affairs.
